Terms of Service

These terms explain how booking, payment, cancellation and rescheduling work for your Akashic Record Reading. They're written to be clear and fair. Nothing here affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Your Reading
Your Akashic Record Reading is a private, one-to-one session of at least four hours, held by video call. It includes:
your reading, including release, clearing and integration work where appropriate
personalised repatterning practices
a private video recording of your session
a follow-up orientation session around two months later
The price is as advertised and is paid in full at the time of booking.
Booking
Check my availability using the diary link on the booking page. Your chosen date and time shall be held for you for 24 hours and secured once payment is made.
Book and pay through the secure checkout.
Within 24 hours you'll receive your confirmation email, session link and an intake form, where you'll share your intention for the reading.
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.
Cancellations
Your 14-day right to cancel
If you book as a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of booking, without giving a reason, and receive a full refund.
If your reading takes place within 14 days of booking, you're asking me to begin preparing for your reading during that 14-day period. Preparing your reading takes up to four hours, which I usually do in the 48 hours before we meet. In that case:
if you cancel before I've begun preparing, you'll receive a full refund
if you cancel after I've prepared your reading, I'll keep £150 for the preparation already completed, and refund the rest
once your reading has taken place, you lose the right to cancel under the 14-day rule
To cancel, email hello@kaseyclarke.com with your name and booking date. State ‘Cancellation’ in the subject box or click to use the cancellation form. Refunds are made within 14 days, to the original payment method.
Cancelling after the 14-day period
After the 14-day period, these terms apply:
More than 72 hours before your reading: full refund
Between 72 and 24 hours before: 50% refund
Less than 24 hours before, or if you don't attend: no refund
Rescheduling
Life happens, and a four-hour block takes some finding. You can reschedule your reading at any time by emailing me, without any fee.
If I need to reschedule
If I can't hold your reading because of illness or an emergency, I'll offer you a new date as soon as possible. If none of the new dates suit you, you can have a full refund.
Joining your session
Please join on time, from a quiet space with a good internet connection. If you're running late, the session will still finish at the scheduled time. If you're more than 30 minutes late without letting me know, this will be treated as a late cancellation.
Follow-up session
Your orientation session is included in the price and should be booked within 3 months of your reading. It has no cash value and isn't refundable separately.
Your recording
Your session recording is private and shared only with you. I'll keep it for 30 days and then delete it, so please download your copy.
About the work
An Akashic Record Reading is a space to explore and discover. It isn't therapy, coaching, medical advice or fortune-telling, and I won't diagnose you or predict your future. What you do with what we explore is always your choice.
A reading isn't a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. If you're struggling, please look after yourself first and speak to a doctor or therapist.
Readings are for adults aged 18 and over.
Confidentiality
What you share in your reading stays between us. I won't share your personal information except where the law requires it. See my [Privacy Policy] for details.
Liability
I'll provide your reading with care and skill. My liability to you is limited to the price you paid for your reading. Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that can't be limited by law.

Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
