cookie notice.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work and tell me how it's being used.

Cookies I use

Essential cookies
These keep the website working: security, page loading, and remembering your cookie choice. Because the site can't function without them, they don't need your consent.

Analytics cookies
These show me how visitors use the site, for example which pages are popular and how people find me, so I can improve it. The information is grouped together and isn't used to identify you. They're only set if you click "Accept".

Third-party cookies
Some features are provided by other services, which may set their own cookies:

  • Stripe: when you pay, Stripe uses cookies on its checkout page for security and fraud prevention

  • Calendly: if you view my availability through an embedded diary

  • You Tube: when you view any embedded videos

Who sets them

My website runs on Squarespace, which sets most of these cookies. You can see the full list, including what each cookie does and how long it lasts, on Squarespace's cookie page.

Changing your choice

You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clicking "Cookie preferences" in the footer of any page on the site. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the site may not work properly without essential cookies.
